Please note that we cannot cover the costs for the return shipment of returned items.
There are other points to consider when returning/exchanging:
- The item can be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The straps of the item must not be knotted
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged
- Same condition as received
- Original packaging, original bag, with labels still attached
- For hygienic reasons, bikinis and swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygiene sticker is damaged or lost.

Our Process of Returns:
1. Go on https://chiwitt-brand.com/retoure,
enter your order number and email address
to access your order, which will be returned
2. Specify the quantity and the reason for return
3. Once you have selected all the items and arrived at the return label,
you can either print it out or use the QR code to print it out at your nearest parcel collection point.
Please note that you can only print our return label or download the QR code now.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to access it later.
Benefit from our DHL conditions by using our DHL Paket Label. With our label, your return costs are €5. These will be deducted from the refund amount as soon as we have processed your return.
Alternatively, you have the option of franking your return yourself.

4. Make sure to include the delivery note or invoice in the package so that we can allocate the items to your order as quickly as possible.
Please make sure that all items of a purchased set are included in the return shipment.
5. Please return your return within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return after 14 days.
6. Please note that the entire returns process can take up to 18 working days.
